Hello Severance world!
We are SO sorry for our inactivity lately. Not only are we crazy busy taking the film through post production, but many of our amazing crew have begun searching for jobs, as we will be finished school in a few short months.
In just a couple of days, we will officially be picture locked. And that means the film is almost done! Most of the visual elements are in place, and our focus will shift from the picture edit to sound editing and colour. A HUGE shout out to our Production Manager and Editor Stephanie Froud for all of her hard work over these last few months, our Sound Editor Lee Cochran, and our Colourist Evan Spicer! Let's not forget Lexi Cook, the Post Production Supervisor and person who has kept everyone on track.
Of course, now that not only our film but the rest of the thesis films are reaching completion, we are pleased to announce that Severance will have it's first official screening at the Bloor Hot Docs Cinema on April 18th! Stay tuned for more information on how you can get tickets - it's sure to be a great night!
